Surrounded by the rich traditions and bold flavors of her hometown, Paty learned early on that food isn’t just something you serve — it’s something you share.

Now living in Texas for more than half her life, Paty has spent over 10 years turning that passion into a family-run business. What started as a small venture has grown into El Sabor De Mi Pueblo — a place where authentic Mexican cuisine meets warm hospitality, whether it’s for catering, events, or a casual meal inside Fuel Maxx in Waller, Texas.
